Configure Host Cache on Esxi 6.5

Hi guys,

I'm new to Esxi so please bear with me. I'm trying to config host cache on my esxi 6.5 test lab, but I can't find the option to set space or file location as described on Internet. For example this link here:

I don't have "Allocate space for host cache icon." .

Is there anyway can achieve this? I don't have vCenter neither.
